Her Teaching
She has blended in her own style the
teaching she has received and her own insights. However she follows Orit Sen
Gupta's Curriculum that integrates Iyengar yoga, a method that carefully
aligns carefully aligns the body - and astangha yoga - a
way to follow a series of poses in a intense flow.
Although she does not teach meditation
explicitly her teaching in impregnated on her own practice of meditation.
She assesses students on individual basis
trying to reach students where they are and adapting the poses and rhythm to
them. She frequently adjusts manually. She feels that each class is unique
